The American Culinary Federation, Rhode Island Chapter began in 1969 as the Rhode Island Professional Chefs Association by a group of professionals’ chefs in both Industry and education. In 1974 they joined the American Culinary Federation to become the ACF Rhode Chapter. The Chapter  is forever grateful to these founding members  for their dedication and commitment to our Chapter.
